R.W. Lyall & Company Expands Wisconsin Operations
Corona, CA – April, 22 2013 - R.W. Lyall & Company announces it will be moving from its current 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility in New Berlin, to a 95,000 square foot facility, enabling the Wisconsin team to relocate and expand its current product offerings to the residential, commercial, industrial and oil & gas markets as well as provide adequate space for the development of large pipeline fabrication. To facilitate the production of large fabricated pipeline equipment, the building includes 60,000 square feet of overhead crane bays and semi truck ingress for efficient loading.
Jeff Lyall, President and CEO at R.W. Lyall comments that "I am extremely excited to announce the signing of the lease on the new building located in New Berlin WI. This is a very significant strategic move for us and will help us to better serve not only our current customers, but will also enable us to provide solutions to emerging markets in a safer and more efficient way through the use of the crane bays. We have been space constrained in our current buildings and this move provides solutions on many fronts. Also key to this investment was to remain in New Berlin due to the many benefits that the city has provided us over the years and most importantly this local move will provide our Wisconsin team members continued job stability." The company is projecting a July, 2013 move-in.
