R.W. Lyall & Company Expands Fusion Capability
R. W. Lyall continues to work closely with its customers to provide added value services. Driven by customer requests, Lyall has expanded its fusion capability to include 8 IPS diameter pipe. Our customers requested that Lyall fuse 24” pup lengths of 8 IPS high density PE pipe to our Lyall-Polytec PE valves. The photos below demonstrate the latest expansion of our capabilities.
The Lyall process allows us to fabricate 8 complete units in one shift. Fabrication includes the fusion of pups on each end of the valve and fully enclosed packaging including cradles to support the valve while in transit.
