R.W. Lyall and Company - Corona Plant Tour
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), www.ame.org, is a premier not-for-profit organization dedicated to the journey of continuous improvement and enterprise excellence. The Southern California Lean Bus Tour is a hands-on Lean experience for senior management, company leaders and team members responsible for implementing Lean initiatives.
RW Lyall and Company was honored and excited to be one of 3 companies in the Inland Empire to host a tour of our facility which showcased the Deployment of Lean Toyota Production Systems on our factory floor. Other companies that AME visited were Bredero Shaw in Fontana as well as La-Z-Boy of Redlands. During the tour, principles and examples of Lean accomplishments were shared. Steven Bell (CI Manager) also gave a presentation on Lyall’s Hoshin Kanri/Policy Deployment System.
