Corona, CA - R. W. Lyall announces the acquisition of Mechanical Specialties Inc. located in New Berlin, Wisconsin on July 18, 2006. This factory location strategically positions Lyall to better serve our customers in the Midwest and Ohio Valley regions of the United States.

The New Berlin location, led by Bruce Lange will continue to produce meter set assemblies and other fabricated products at competitive prices. As a leading manufacturer of meter sets for the natural gas utility market, Mechanical Specialties current product mix is a natural fit with Lyall’s existing gas carrying products. The expanded product mix, localized customer service and manufacturing capabilities in New Berlin create an ideal platform to more efficiently and competitively serve customer needs.
